EBSMEDA facilitated the deployment of 382 young professionals from the federal Nigeria Jubilee Fellowship Programme (NJFP) into various Ministries, Departments, Agencies (MDAs), and public enterprises in Ebonyi, boosting workforce capacity and youth engagement. This collaboration helps build on-the-job training structures and enhances cross-agency synergy for MSME-focused initiatives.
The NJFP is a European Union-funded, UNDP-implemented initiative aimed at enhancing graduate employability through structured 12-month placements. EBSMEDA’s direct coordination ensures these Fellows work on grant administration, enterprise support, and policy implementation—creating a practical bridge between youth labor market entry and state economic policy.
